Chicken with mushrooms and parsley

When you want to enjoy some of the vegan chicken but you don’t know how to prepare it, you can use this very easy and delicious recipe!

Makes 3 servings

What you will need:

  • 350 grams of white mushrooms
  • 1 box of slightly seasoned Tofurky chicken pieces
  • 2 grated garlic cloves
  • Half an onion chopped in rings
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper for extra flavor
  • 1 tablespoon of soybean oil
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

How to do:

  1. Heat the soybean oil in a pan.
  2. Add the garlic cloves grated with the onion
  3. Once the garlic and onion are golden brown, add the mushrooms
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, in addition to the tablespoon of olive oil
  5. Cook mushrooms until golden brown
  6. Add the chicken and mix for two minutes
  7. Add parsley and serve hot
